Tiffany & Co. Blue Book 2013 Celebration in YYC - Fairmont Palliser

The history of Tiffany & Co.’s Blue Book
dated back in the mid-1800’s, where it used to be a mail order catalog and is now
one of the most important traditions of this jeweler house. 2013 is a
significant year for Tiffany & Co., with its full force presence in The
Great Gatsby movie, celebrating the opulent Jazz Age era.
Recently, I was given the
pleasure to attend an intimate Tiffany
& Co. Blue Book Launch party at the Fairmont Palliser – A series of Tiffany & Co. 2013 collections, including The Great Gatsby and Ziegfeld
collections, and exquisite sparkling diamond work of arts were showcased. A
presentation was given by YYC Tiffany
& Co.’s store director Elizabeth
Hellebrand, and PR Sarah Geddes.
The 2013 Blue Book revives the Art Deco movement, where each piece sings “rhythmic patterns of a jazz composition”.

My picks perhaps are the yellow
and pink diamonds that expel rich Art Deco palette. Also another one of my
favourite is the exquisite Tourmaline
ring, which clearly demonstrates the elegant craftsmanship by the artisans of Tiffany and Co.. Of course, we cannot
miss their famous engagement rings that will make any girl smile. There is a
reason why “diamonds are a girl’s best friend” may not be a myth.

In the spirit of this blog post,
below are some fabulous photos during the celebration at the star-studded Tiffany & Co. Blue Book launch
party at the Rockefeller Center in New York City earlier in April.
